Quality Assurance Analyst
Our growing QA team is looking for a motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on a cloud-based, highly scalable Customer Data & Engagement Platform, working directly with clients to define test scenarios and implement new Loyalty Programs! This role is best suited for someone with strong testing fundamentals and documentation prowess, can effectively communicate with clients in client facing meetings and product delivery stakeholders, who understands QA methodologies, software lifecycles, process improvements, as well as issue tracking and resolution.
Experience with test case writing (manual) and test scripting (automated)
Able to interpret customer requirements/functional specifications and transform into test scenarios
Ability to advocate and push for quality across project life-cycle (not just during the QA phase of a project)
2+ years of related experience
