Job Description

As an experienced Quality Analyst, Attributions at Mastercard, you will be responsible for driving the quality of attributions data and ensuring that attributions meet the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical individual with superb attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving. You should have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of the attributions process. If you have a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics or computer science. You should also have a minimum of three years of experience working with attributions and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing data quality. Experience in developing and executing data quality control plans and an understanding of data governance and privacy principles are both highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data quality control plans to ensure accurate and reliable attributions data.
  2. Lead data quality initiatives and reviews to identify and address any gaps in data accuracy and integrity.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues in data quality.
  4. Utilize data governance and privacy principles to ensure the highest standards of data quality.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and accuracy.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Maintain a deep understanding of the attributions process and the implications of data quality on business outcomes.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support for data-related initiatives.
  9. Train and mentor team members on data quality best practices.
  10. Monitor the performance of attributions data and systems to ensure optimal performance.
