  1. Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and vision.
  2. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to drive the development and delivery of new products.
  4. Create detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitors' products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  6. Translate technical concepts into user-friendly product features and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with the engineering team to define product requirements, review technical designs, and ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  8. Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of products and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  10. Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to gather feedback and address any product issues or concerns.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of product developers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  12. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital payments and ensure product compliance.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Technical Products, With A Focus On Driving Innovation And Achieving Business Objectives.
