  1. Lead and manage the design and delivery of innovative solutions for digital payments.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technology solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
  6. Identify and address potential risks and issues in the development and implementation of solutions.
  7. Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in solution architecture and design.
  8. Act as a thought leader, constantly pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo to drive digital transformation.
  9. Stay informed on relevant regulations and compliance standards to ensure solutions are compliant.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
  12. Collaborate with product management teams to develop and enhance customer experience technology.
  13. Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on solution design.
  14. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of solutions.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Solution Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Solution Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Solutions For Large Organizations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gcc Cx Technology: The Principal Solution Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Gulf Cooperation Council (Gcc) Market And The Technology Landscape, With A Particular Focus On Customer Experience (Cx) Solutions.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Architects And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Lead And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Principal Solution Architect Should Possess Excellent Strategic Thinking Skills To Conceptualize And Design Innovative Solutions That Meet The Needs Of Mastercard's Clients In The Gcc Region. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Solve Complex Problems Related To Solution Architecture.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Principal Solution Architect Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Business Partners, And Internal Teams. Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential For Effectively Presenting And Advocating For Solutions.
