
Principal - ITSM (Change Management) Champion
At Mastercard, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Principal - ITSM (Change Management) Champion to join our world-class Enterprise Technology Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and championing the Change Management strategy across the organization, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure seamless and effective delivery of our IT services.The ideal candidate for this role is a change management professional with a strong technical background in IT service management and a deep understanding of change management frameworks and principles. You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.If you’re an experienced professional looking to make a real impact on our organization’s IT service delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective Change Management strategy across the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure seamless and effective delivery of IT services.
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of Change Management processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training and materials related to Change Management.
- Monitor and evaluate changes in the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure the timely and effective implementation of Change Management.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues related to Change Management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to Change Management.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure Change Management objectives are met.
