- Lead the development of innovative transfer solutions for Mastercard's global network of clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive the design and implementation of transfer solutions that meet business and technical objectives.

Extensive Experience In Engineering: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering, With A Focus On Transfer Solutions. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Engineering Process And Be Able To Lead And Mentor Junior Engineers.
Strategic Thinking: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Long-Term. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Challenges And Develop Effective Solutions To Overcome Them.
