- Develop and execute data-driven campaigns using the SessionM loyalty platform to drive customer engagement and retention for Mastercard.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and technology to identify target audiences, develop campaign strategies, and measure campaign performance.
- Utilize your strong understanding of customer behavior and insights to inform campaign strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders and making recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and loyalty programs, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging and initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the SessionM platform and provide support and training to team members as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SessionM platform and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Represent Mastercard at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative loyalty program and campaign strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing And Campaign Analysis
Proficient In Data Analysis And Experience With Data Visualization Tools
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment.
