- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive transformational change within Mastercard and its clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders on strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and challenges.

- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Represent Mastercard at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with other Managing Consultants and senior leaders to align on strategy and drive consistency across projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company values and ethics, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Extensive Experience In Strategy And Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Strategy And Transformation, Preferably In A Consulting Or Financial Services Environment. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs In This Space.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Business Problems. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Strategies That Drive Growth And Profitability.
Leadership And Project Management Experience: As A Managing Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Project Teams, So They Should Have Experience In Managing Projects And Teams Effectively. They Should Also Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Managing Consultant Will Be Required To Interact With Senior Executives And Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally.
