  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Mastercard's services division.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for business development, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target markets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for potential clients.
  6. Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  7. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business development activities and results.
  10. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of Mastercard's services division.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and driving team success.
  12. Stay updated with industry developments and continuously improve knowledge and skills related to financial services and business development.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Mastercard's services portfolio, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Represent Mastercard in a professional manner at all times, promoting the company's values and brand.
