- Lead and coordinate technical program management activities for multiple projects within the Advisors & Consulting Services division.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to a team of consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client needs and company goals.
- Oversee project progress and identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technical program management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Represent Mastercard as a subject matter expert in technical program management at conferences and industry events.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with industry regulations.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the Advisors & Consulting Services division.
Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Technical Programs In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, As Well As A Proven Track Record In Successfully Delivering Complex Programs.
Strong Consulting Skills: The Managing Consultant Should Possess Excellent Consulting Skills, Including The Ability To Identify And Articulate Business Problems, Develop And Present Solutions, And Build Strong Relationships With Clients. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Expectations And Delivering High-Quality Consulting Services.
Expertise In Financial Services Industry: Mastercard Is A Global Financial Services Company, And The Managing Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Including Knowledge Of Payments, Technology, And Market Trends. They Should Also Have Experience In Working With Financial Institutions And A Strong Network Within The Industry.
