1. Lead and manage a team of consultants within the Advisors & Consulting Services team in the Marketing division.
2. Provide strategic direction and expertise to clients in order to drive growth and innovation in the marketing space.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Mastercard to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions to clients.
6. Oversee and ensure the successful execution of client projects, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
7. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and drive their professional growth.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
9. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent for the team.
10. Represent Mastercard and the Advisors & Consulting Services team at industry events and conferences.
11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies for the team and the Marketing division.
13. Maintain a deep understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and solutions in order to effectively communicate them to clients.
14. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior leadership to ensure clear and timely communication throughout all stages of a project.
15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
