Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Total Rewards to join our HR team at Mastercard. You will be responsible for leading and executing total rewards activities and initiatives to ensure that our rewards programs are competitive and attractive to our employees. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the areas of compensation and benefits, as well as a forward-thinking approach to the design, implementation, and management of Total Rewards programs.
