
Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange
We are looking for an experienced and organized Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange to join the team at Mastercard. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about driving strategic initiatives and optimizing financial outcomes.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing, interchange, and product strategies for the card business. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that pricing and interchange strategies are in alignment with the business’s goals.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Sound knowledge of financial and pricing concepts, as well as an understanding of the payment industry, are essential.If you are an analytical thinker and thrive on problem-solving and developing strategies, this might be the perfect role for you! Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing, interchange, and product strategies for the card business.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure pricing and interchange strategies are in alignment with the business’s goals.
- Analyze data and develop strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in the payment industry, and adjust pricing and interchange strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing and interchange strategies are in line with the business’s goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial and pricing reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing and interchange strategies.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pricing and interchange strategies.
- Work with vendors to ensure pricing and interchange strategies are optimized.
- Train and mentor team members on pricing and interchange strategies.
