- Lead a team of Sales Engineers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Dynamic Yield's personalization and customer experience platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively promote and sell technical solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of client experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively position Dynamic Yield's solutions in the market.
- Train and mentor Sales Engineers to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Dynamic Yield's platform.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
- Represent Mastercard and Dynamic Yield at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on technical solutions and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Sales Engineering team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Sales Or Sales Engineering Role.
Strong Understanding Of Dynamic Yield And Other Personalization And Optimization Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Sales And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
