- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for debit and network products, in line with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the debit and network products market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technology, and operations, to drive the development and launch of new products.
- Lead product development initiatives, including defining product requirements, setting timelines, and managing resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry: A Manager In Product Management For Debit & Network Products At Mastercard Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Payments Industry, Including Trends, Regulations, And Competitors. This Will Enable Them To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For The Company's Debit And Network Products.
Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Payments Or Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Conception To Market.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager In Product Management Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends And Customer Needs To Identify Opportunities For New Product Development And To Address Challenges In The Market.
