  • Lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies for the B2B payments portfolio
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, set goals, and track progress
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring products meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive profitability
  • Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to B2B payments and ensure products are compliant
  • Manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and make strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage in the market
  • Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and clients.
