  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to support Mastercard's consulting services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key marketing needs and opportunities for the consulting services.
  3. Drive business growth by implementing effective marketing campaigns and tactics.
  4. Utilize market research and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  5. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, and white papers, to showcase the value of Mastercard's consulting services.
  6. Manage the end-to-end marketing process, including budgeting, planning, execution, and evaluation.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  10. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to optimize results.
  11. Continuously identify and implement new and innovative marketing approaches to drive business growth.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Mastercard, representing the company and its values at industry events and conferences.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their marketing skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Advisors & Consulting Services team and across the wider organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Consulting Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Advisor And Consulting Services Market And Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
