- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and adoption of Ethoca's fraud prevention solutions in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with issuers and merchants, serving as the main point of contact for all sales-related activities.
- Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the payments industry.
- Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify and target potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to payments and fraud prevention.
- Represent Mastercard and Ethoca at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Train and mentor junior team members to help them develop their sales skills and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Ethoca division.
- Promote a positive and professional image of Mastercard and Ethoca in the payments industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Payments Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of The Latin American Market, Including Key Players, Trends, And Regulations.
