Manager, Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support business objectives.
2. Monitor financial performance and analyze financial data to identify and recommend cost savings and process improvements.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners to ensure financial objectives are met.
4. Offer advice and guidance on financial management matters such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
5. Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to senior management.
6. Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
7. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
8. Identify and manage financial risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Analyze data to develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
10. Lead financial modeling and forecasting projects.
