- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience research strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of experience research professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, design studies, and execute projects that align with business goals.
- Utilize various research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to gather meaningful insights and feedback from customers.

- Manage research vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality research services.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of new and existing products and services.
- Represent the company as a thought leader in customer experience research through participation in industry conferences, events, and publications.
