  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience research strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of experience research professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team's success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, design studies, and execute projects that align with business goals.
  4. Utilize various research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to gather meaningful insights and feedback from customers.
  5. Analyze and interpret research findings to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
  6. Develop actionable recommendations based on research findings, and effectively communicate them to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience research, and proactively identify new research methods and tools to enhance the team's capabilities.
  8. Manage research vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality research services.
  9. Collaborate with product and design teams to incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of new and existing products and services.
  10. Represent the company as a thought leader in customer experience research through participation in industry conferences, events, and publications.
