In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our employees and managers on all employee relations matters.   1. Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all employee relations matters.
  2. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  3. Foster a positive work environment.
  4. Handle and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts.
  5. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
  6. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations.
  8. Advise and train managers on employee relations best practices.
  9. Collaborate with other HR team members to support overall HR initiatives.
  10. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
  11. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and provide solutions.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal and HR resources.
  13. Communicate and educate employees on company policies and procedures.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  16. Monitor and report on employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  17. Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions.
  18. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  19. Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues.
  20. Maintain a strong understanding of Mastercard's culture, values, and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues, Including Investigations, Performance Management, And Conflict Resolution.
