- Develop and implement a comprehensive early career talent acquisition strategy for Mastercard.
- Lead and manage the Early Career Recruiting and Programs team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for early career talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other external partners to build a strong pipeline of early career talent.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and diversity and inclusion teams, to align early career talent strategy with overall organizational goals.
- Plan and execute early career development programs, including internships, rotational programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze data and metrics to measure the success of early career talent programs and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early career talent acquisition and program management.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Mastercard, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Participate in talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion initiatives and projects as needed.
- Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and career advancement within Mastercard.
- Collaborate with other managers and leaders within the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in talent acquisition and development strategies.
- Represent Mastercard at career fairs, conferences, and other events to promote our early career programs and opportunities.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract, engage, and retain early career talent for the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting And Program Management For Early Career Talent.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Early Career Recruiting, Including Campus Recruitment And Internship Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With College Career Services Offices And Potential Candidates.
Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, With Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Recruiters And Program Coordinators.
