Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Or Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry And Mastercard's Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
