  1. Develop and implement strategies for customer success, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention among Mastercard's clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of customer success representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mastercard's products and services to effectively support and advise clients.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
  10. Communicate and report on key performance metrics to senior management, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Or Account Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry And Mastercard's Products And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Customer Success Strategies And Driving Customer Retention And Satisfaction.
