- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in systems and networks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor and regularly test the effectiveness of disaster recovery plans.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and industry best practices for disaster recovery.
- Lead and supervise a team of disaster recovery analysts to ensure efficient and effective execution of recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address any gaps in disaster recovery capabilities.
- Prepare and present reports on disaster recovery performance to senior management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all disaster recovery-related inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support disaster recovery efforts.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of disaster resilience.
- Continuously improve and update disaster recovery plans and procedures to adapt to changing business needs and evolving cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to disaster recovery.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Disaster Recovery Planning: A Lead Disaster Recovery Analyst At Mastercard Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Disaster Recovery Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices. They Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Disaster Recovery Plans For Large-Scale Organizations And Possess The Ability To Assess Risks And Recommend Appropriate Recovery Strategies.
Strong Technical Skills: The Role Of A Lead Disaster Recovery Analyst At Mastercard Requires A High Level Of Technical Expertise In Areas Such As Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Data Backup And Recovery, Network Security, And It Infrastructure. The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Various Operating Systems, Storage Systems, And Network Devices.
