  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, set goals, and allocate resources effectively.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying any potential issues and offering solutions.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure effective communication and alignment within the project team.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In German Language: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In German, As They Will Be Required To Interact With German-Speaking Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Or Technology Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Deliver Results Within Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Junior Project Manager Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Maintaining Project Plans, Tracking Progress, And Identifying And Mitigating Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: Mastercard Follows Agile Project Management Methodology, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices. Experience In Using Agile Tools Such As Jira Or Trello Would Be A Plus.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Should Be A Strong Team Player Who Can Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Strong Working Relationships. They Should Also Be Able To Lead And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Project Goals.
