  1. Manage and maintain the Jira Cloud platform for Mastercard globally.
  2. Optimize and improve the functionality and efficiency of the Jira Cloud platform.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to the Jira Cloud platform.
  4. Implement best practices and standards for Jira Cloud usage across the organization.
  5. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for Jira Cloud.
  6. Develop and maintain Jira Cloud workflows, schemes, and configurations.
  7. Train and educate users on how to effectively use Jira Cloud.
  8. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal usage.
  9. Keep up-to-date with new features and updates in Jira Cloud and recommend their implementation.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks related to Jira Cloud.

  16. Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to Jira Cloud and make recommendations for improvement.
  17. Maintain security and compliance standards within the Jira Cloud platform.
  18. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Jira Cloud Administrator.

  • Strong Understanding Of Jira Cloud Platform And Its Various Components, Including Projects, Issues, Workflows, And Permissions.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Experience With Jira Integration And Customization, As Well As Proficiency In Scripting Languages Such As Python Or Groovy.
