Fusion Center Lead Analyst

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Fusion Center Lead Analyst to join Mastercard's security team. The successful candidate will have a passion for security and be driven to build a secure and safe environment for our customers.The role requires an individual with excellent problem solving and analytical skills, who is able to both identify and respond to security threats in a timely manner. The Fusion Center Lead Analyst will need to be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and have strong interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Fusion Center by developing and implementing effective security strategies to protect Mastercard customers.
2. Monitor and analyze security threats, data, and trends in order to identify and respond to potential risks.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the security of the network.
4. Maintain a high level of situational awareness in order to quickly respond to security threats.
5. Implement processes and procedures to ensure that the Fusion Center is operated efficiently and effectively.
6. Analyze security data and trends to provide timely and accurate intelligence to stakeholders.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to staff in the Fusion Center.
8. Create and maintain detailed documentation and records of security incidents.
9. Work closely with the Security Team to ensure the security of the network.
10. Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and trends.
