We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Technology Risk Management team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Technology Risk Management and their leadership team. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for technology and risk management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   1. Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Technology Risk Management and their leadership team.
  2. Manage and maintain executive's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  3. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  5. Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
  6. Assist with the preparation and management of budgets and expenses.
  7. Coordinate and support team meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  9. Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or issues.
  11. Anticipate the needs of the executive and take proactive steps to support them.
  12. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  14. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to technology and risk management.
  15. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Industry Standards Such As Iso 27001 And Nist.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders And Senior Executives.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
