  1. Develop and implement workplace strategies that align with Mastercard's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and stay updated on workplace trends and technologies that can enhance employee productivity and well-being.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a cohesive workplace strategy that supports a positive and efficient work environment.
  4. Develop and manage budgets and resources for workplace technology and strategy initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular analysis and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of workplace strategies and technologies.
  6. Work closely with HR and other departments to understand employee needs and incorporate them into workplace strategies.
  7. Lead and manage the implementation of workplace technology solutions, including communication and training for employees.
  8. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement in workplace strategy and technology.
  9. Partner with external vendors and consultants to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends.
  10. Communicate and advocate for workplace strategy and technology initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of workplace strategies and technologies across all Mastercard locations.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workplace technology and strategy.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the workplace strategy and technology team.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Workplace Strategy And Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Workplace Strategies And Technology Solutions In A Corporate Setting.
