  1. Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies and policies in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

  10. Serve as a point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or concerns.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance program and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Compliance And Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Risk Management In The Financial Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Us Laws And Regulations: The Director Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Compliance And Risk Management In The Us, Including But Not Limited To The Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Laws, And Data Privacy Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead And Develop A Team Of Compliance And Risk Professionals. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance And Risk Management Strategies And Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Regulators, Senior Management, And Business Partners. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
