Director, Tax Technology

At Mastercard, we are looking for a strategic and innovative Director, Tax Technology to join our team. As a key leader in the Tax department, the Director, Tax Technology will develop and implement tax systems and processes to ensure the organization is meeting its tax compliance and reporting goals. This role requires an individual who is a strong leader, problem solver and collaborator, has a passion for technology, and a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of tax. The successful candidate will have expertise in the full suite of tax technology and the ability to work across multiple departments to ensure the organization’s tax technology is meeting the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will have 8+ years of experience in a tax technology role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing tax systems and processes. A strong understanding of US taxation and experience with tax provision software and tax compliance and reporting is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred, but not required.
