  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to influence regulatory policies and promote a favorable business environment for Mastercard.
  2. Represent Mastercard's interests in regulatory and legislative matters with government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and trends in the financial industry to identify potential impact on Mastercard's business.
  4. Provide guidance and support to business leaders on regulatory matters and potential risks.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to advance Mastercard's regulatory agenda.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute advocacy campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations and materials to communicate Mastercard's positions and recommendations on regulatory issues.
  8. Conduct research and gather data to support regulatory advocacy efforts.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  10. Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges and opportunities related to regulatory policies.
  11. Represent Mastercard at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote the company's interests.
  12. Develop and manage budgets related to regulatory advocacy activities.
  13. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of regulatory affairs professionals.
  14. Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve Mastercard's regulatory advocacy strategies and tactics.
