Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Open Banking, Operations and Process Improvement to join the Mastercard team. Our ideal candidate would have a proven track record of leading process improvement and operational initiatives related to open banking and be able to demonstrate a personal commitment to excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in leading open banking operations and process improvement projects, as well as a strong understanding of financial services industry trends and best practices. You must be able to manage and motivate a diverse team, build effective relationships with stakeholders, and navigate the complexities of open banking regulations.
