Job Description

We are delighted to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Open Banking, Operations and Process Improvement at Mastercard. This critical role will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy and execution of open banking initiatives and process improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading operations and process improvement initiatives, plus a proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformations.This position requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, who is comfortable working with stakeholders across different departments and levels. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, as well as eight to ten years of experience in operations and process improvement. Experience in open banking, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred.If you are a creative problem-solver, passionate about driving change, and eager to shape the future of open banking, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive the strategy and execution of open banking initiatives and process improvement across the organization.
  2. Lead operations and process improvement initiatives, as well as organizational transformations.
  3. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and levels.
  4. Analyze data and identify areas of improvement in processes, operations, and open banking initiatives.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve desired process improvement and/or open banking goals.
  6. Monitor progress of initiatives and operations, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  7. Identify and leverage opportunities to optimize open banking processes and operations.
  8. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of open banking initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the open banking space.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of operations and process improvement professionals.
