
Director, Learning & Development, Enterprise Technology Academy
We are looking for a people-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Director to join Mastercard's Enterprise Technology Academy. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating and delivering learning & development initiatives to support the Academy’s mission and objectives. The Director will be an innovative and collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.We require a minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, higher education, or related field. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, and a Master’s degree is preferred. You should have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful learning & development initiatives. In addition, you must possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee learning & development initiatives to support the mission and objectives of the Enterprise Technology Academy
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of learning & development professionals
- Create and maintain project management processes and software
- Analyze and evaluate learning & development initiatives for effectiveness
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure maximum efficiency
- Monitor budget and financial performance of learning & development initiatives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team
- Generate reports on the progress of learning & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
