  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create customized learning programs to address them.
  3. Lead a team of learning and development professionals to design, deliver and evaluate training initiatives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the company's training programs.
  5. Use various learning methodologies and technologies to deliver effective and engaging training programs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
  7. Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify high potential employees and create personalized development plans for their career growth.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  9. Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on learning and development, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  12. Communicate the value and impact of learning and development initiatives to key stakeholders.
  13. Identify and implement innovative learning solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  14. Develop and maintain learning and development policies and procedures.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to learning and development.
