  1. Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business objectives and drive growth and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for key business decisions.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members and other finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform financial strategies and decisions.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
  9. Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, promoting collaboration, respect, and professional growth.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Cpa Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Partnering With Business Leaders To Drive Financial Performance And Support Strategic Initiatives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data To Inform Business Decisions.
