- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business objectives and drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for key business decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and other finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Cpa Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Partnering With Business Leaders To Drive Financial Performance And Support Strategic Initiatives.
