  1. Develop and implement strategies for executive-level talent acquisition in collaboration with senior leaders.
  2. Create and maintain relationships with executive search firms and other external recruitment partners.
  3. Proactively identify top executive candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  5. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
  6. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  8. Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Build and maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the talent acquisition team.
  11. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to ensure competitive and attractive offers are made to candidates.
  12. Represent Mastercard at industry events and conferences to promote the company and attract top executive talent.
  13. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on talent acquisition and market trends.
  14. Develop and manage the executive recruitment budget.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
