Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and creative Director of Customer Intelligence to join the team at Mastercard. As the Director of Customer Intelligence, you will use your expertise in data, analytics and insights to develop strategies to drive customer growth. You will be responsible for developing data-driven customer segments and for creating customer insights and recommendations for our business.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics and/or customer insights. You should also have strong business acumen and be able to think strategically. In addition, you must possess a strong understanding of customer segmentation and have experience working with cross-functional teams.If you are passionate about leveraging data and insights to drive customer success, then this role is for you! We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, creative solutions and a passion for driving customer growth. We are looking for a data-driven leader who can think outside the box and help our team continue to grow and succeed.
