  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer growth for Mastercard Move.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to execute on growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth initiatives.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of growth strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously innovate and improve growth strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  8. Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on growth initiatives and results.
  9. Identify and recommend new business opportunities to expand Mastercard Move's customer base.
  10. Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Mastercard Move, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
