Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Director, Controller- Process Improvement to join our team at Mastercard. You must also possess strong communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with teams throughout the organization.We are looking for an individual with a strong business acumen, a strategic mindset and a passion for driving change and achieving results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and at least five years of professional experience in the areas of process improvement and financial management.If you possess all of these qualities and are eager to join a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a process improvement strategy to ensure efficient and effective operations • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Work collaboratively with teams throughout the organization to develop and implement process improvement initiatives • Establish clear goals and objectives to measure the success of process improvement initiatives • Monitor and report on progress of process improvement initiatives • Design and implement financial management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts • Develop and implement financial control systems • Manage the company’s accounting and financial operations • Manage financial risks and identify areas for cost reductions • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams
