
Director, Business Integration, Sales Enablement
In this position you will perform market need and opportunity assessment based on guidance from regional partners, customers and competitive analysis Translate market needs, including regulation, into product strategy, business cases and product requirements. Partner with subject matter experts, including technology and data science teams to establish the technical development plan to support the product strategy. Develop and drive execution of product development plans including piloting new products in strategic markets. Ensure KPIs, product documentation, training, etc. are completed as product transitions from ‘development’ to ‘run’ phase of life cycle. Serve as product ‘ambassador’ by effectively articulating strategy, roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums.
Robust understanding of the payments industry, digital payments and security landscape highly preferred
Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities
Comfort with and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Working knowledge of mobile, e-Commerce technologies and 3DSecure is an advantage
