- Lead and develop a team of advisors and consultants, providing strategic guidance and support to clients.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to encourage growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and growth for both the team and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Oversee the development and execution of consulting projects and services.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of the team and make necessary adjustments.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Consulting And Advising Clients In The Payments Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Team Of Advisors, Consultants, And Analysts.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Payment Technologies, Including Emerging Trends And Innovations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth And Achieve Objectives.
