  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the account management team to drive growth and success for Mastercard's digital solutions.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for key digital platform clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with Mastercard.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team, setting clear goals and expectations to ensure their success.
  6. Manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital payment platforms and technologies to effectively communicate and advise clients on solutions that meet their needs.
  8. Ensure the account management team is delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the account management team to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in digital payments to identify new opportunities and trends for Mastercard's digital solutions.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to promote Mastercard's digital solutions and drive customer acquisition.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for the account management team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  13. Represent Mastercard at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our digital solutions and build relationships with clients.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the account management team.
