Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service Roles
Strong Knowledge Of Payment Processing Systems And Experience With Troubleshooting Technical Issues
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams
Proficiency In Various Operating Systems And Software Applications, Including But Not Limited To Windows, Microsoft Office, And Crm Systems.
