Job Description

Mastercard is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Technical Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, helping them to resolve any software and hardware problems they may have. This person should be able to troubleshoot customer issues, provide timely and accurate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience working with customer support. They should also have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and handle multiple tasks at the same time. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to ongoing learning are also essential.If you are passionate about technology and customer service and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting their software and hardware issues and providing timely and accurate solutions.
  2. Maintain customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Commitment to ongoing learning of new technologies and customer service techniques.
  7. Keep up-to-date with customer support tools and technologies.
  8. Document customer service and technical support activities.
