
Customer Technical Services Analyst
Mastercard is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Technical Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, helping them to resolve any software and hardware problems they may have. This person should be able to troubleshoot customer issues, provide timely and accurate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience working with customer support. They should also have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
