- Lead and manage the Customer Success Manager team within the Specialised Product Delivery department.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential roadblocks in the product delivery process.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Team Lead Role.
Strong Understanding Of Product Delivery Processes And Methodologies, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Teams In Delivering Specialized Products To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Customer Relationship Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Negotiate With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proven Ability To Analyze Data And Metrics To Identify Areas Of Improvement And Develop Strategies To Enhance Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Candidates With A Background In The Financial Services Industry.
