
Customer Success Manager, Specialised Product Delivery

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our products
- Understand client needs and provide personalized support and solutions to address their specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Actively listen to client feedback and work to address any issues or concerns that arise
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase client retention
- Provide training and support to clients on our products, including conducting product demos and providing resources
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client needs, feedback, and concerns to ensure continuous improvement of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the best possible experience
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential new clients and assist with onboarding and implementation of new products for existing clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Mastercard's Products And Services, As Well As The Broader Payments Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Specialized Products To Customers, Including Managing The Implementation Process And Providing Ongoing Support And Guidance.
