- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Represent Mastercard and Dynamic Yield at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- Continuously strive to improve customer success processes and procedures within the company.
