  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all email marketing needs.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of email marketing strategies.
  3. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients, providing support, guidance, and recommendations for improvements.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on email marketing best practices and industry trends.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our email marketing solutions to clients.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation or execution of email marketing campaigns.
  7. Analyze and report on the success and performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and updates in the email marketing industry, and use this knowledge to enhance our offerings and services.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and our product development team, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
  10. Continuously monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Train and educate clients on how to effectively use our email marketing solutions and tools.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  13. Represent Mastercard and Dynamic Yield at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer success processes and procedures within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing: A Successful Customer Success Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Email Marketing Strategies, Best Practices, And Tools. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients About How To Optimize Their Email Campaigns Using Dynamic Yield.

  • Experience With Dynamic Yield: It Is Essential For A Customer Success Manager To Have Previous Experience Working With Dynamic Yield. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Its Features, Capabilities, And Integrations With Other Marketing Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Customer Success Manager, One Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Clients, Both Verbally And In Writing. This Includes Being Able To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Way That Is Easily Understood By Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Client Relationship Management: The Role Of A Customer Success Manager Is To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. This Requires Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, The Ability To Empathize With Clients, And A Strong Focus On Customer Satisfaction.
