  1. Collaborate with the design team to create innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience for Mastercard's global audience.
  2. Conduct research and gather insights on customer behavior and preferences to inform design decisions.
  3. Utilize design thinking methodologies to ideate and prototype new customer experience solutions.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
  5. Assist in developing and executing customer journey maps and user experience flows.
  6. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
  7. Help maintain brand consistency and standards across all customer touchpoints.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience design.
  9. Assist in usability testing and user research to validate design solutions.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design assets and style guides.
  11. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and behavior to develop creative and effective design solutions.
